The morning was led by a group of Real Estate experts. The session began with a presentation on the Condominium Property Act and moved to Land Development and Servicing with the homebuilders of Dream. The presenters from Dream explained the procedures and processes of land development, discussed the standard agreements and offered their insights related to economic forecasting. The morning session ended with a presentation concerning the Planning and Development Act.

After lunch, the afternoon session focused on Construction Law. Opening the sessions with Prompt Payment and Adjudication, issues such as pending charges were discussed along with some commentary on the Ontario model. The Tenders and Bids presentation unpacked some of the owner duties in these areas and offered procurement advice. The day concluded with a presentation on the tips and traps of Bond Claims.
