It is time to talk about the elephant in the room! Join a multidisciplinary panel to discuss gender bias and barriers in the legal profession. Participants in this virtual session will learn to recognize different types of bias, how to interrupt bias with real life examples, and strategies on changing bias – both from the top-down and bottom-up. The session will also include a question-and-answer component moderated by Law Society past president, Leslie Belloc-Pinder, Q.C., and intimate break-out rooms facilitated by the panelists and local Saskatchewan practitioners for more in-depth discussion, coaching and questions. Come prepared to learn and share. Allies are encouraged to attend.
