Technology is an integral part of our lives and our profession. It has become critical to understand what technology exists, how it can be used and the value it presents in the Courtroom. Technology can be the evidence as well as the tool to present the evidence. The presentation will discuss the impact of technology on evidence and how we can best use such technology to fulfill our roles as advocates.
