Its purpose is to provide a standard set of citation rules for use in and by the Courts of Saskatchewan. All submissions from lawyers to Saskatchewan Courts must conform to this Guide. We know the idea of spending an hour hearing and talking about citations may not be very exciting, but the authors of the Guide will endeavour to keep everyone awake, as they walk through the Guide's highlights.
