As of Nov 1, 2022, in the Judicial Centers of Saskatoon and Regina, Judicial Case Conferences (JCCs) are required, in certain circumstances, before a family law matter can be scheduled for a chambers hearing. In this webinar, the Honourable Madam Justice Goebel will provide some background to this process and explain which matters require JCCs, which are exempt, and provide answers to questions practitioners may have regarding the JCC process.
