The Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission assists individuals, businesses, and organizations in resolving allegations of discrimination and inequity. The Commission receives hundreds of complaints each year. This webinar will provide a general overview of the areas and prohibited grounds covered by The Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, 2018, and provide a statistical update on the types of complaints being received by the Commission. The presenters will go on to address legal developments in specific areas such as mental health, marijuana, family status, and gender identity. Join us for this important and informative webinar presented by Scott Newell and Meghan Seidle from the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission.
