Join Legal Aid Saskatchewan for an informational webinar on the Gladue Submission Guide: a practical plain-language manual to assist legal counsel and their Indigenous clients build Gladue submissions. Participants will become familiarized with the purpose of the Guide, its contents, and potential guiding questions to help prepare effective Gladue submissions with their clients. In addition, participants will be introduced to the supplementary Gladue Database, an ever-evolving and open-access resource designed to assist lawyers, judges, report writers, and researchers build effective Gladue Submissions and Reports.
