The Supreme Court of Canada’s decision in Anderson v Anderson is already having a significant impact on the way family law lawyers practice in Saskatchewan and across the country. This webinar will address the most important aspects of that decision, the way in which it is being interpreted by courts so far, and discuss practical approaches and considerations for family law lawyers to take in light of the changes.
